Top 10 frequently asked questions

  • Yes, you will receive a booking confirmation and invoice by e-mail after making an online payment. Please save this confirmation as proof of your booking.

    If you have paid via an electronic bank transfer, you will not receive a payment confirmation.

    If you have paid in “My Booking” via iDeal, PayPal or Credit Card, you will receive a payment confirmation by email.

    You can check your reservation online via your booking confirmation. Click on the “My Booking” link at the top left.

    The night registration form will also be attached to your booking confirmation. To simplify the process of checking in for you, please print the voucher at home, complete it in full and hand it to reception when you arrive at the park.

    Booking confirmation not received

    If you have not received your booking confirmation and invoice within 3 days of booking, you should first check your 'spam mailbox'. If you can't find the booking confirmation here also then you must contact the Contact Centre immediately. If you do not, you will not be entitled to the booking. Always check with the Contact Centre staff that your e-mail address is correct. Call the Contact Centre on tel. +31-(0)70 300 35 06.
  • Of course you can reserve (extra) children’s furniture. Please state when booking:
    • Child’s bed incl. bed linen € 11.95
    • Highchair € 5
    • Playpen € 5
  • Landal GreenParks doesn't distinguish based on age or family situation. This gives better visibility into the correct prices during the booking process. Price transparency means that you will see the best available prices directly.
  • We recommend that you take out cancelation insurance when you make your booking. Without cancelation insurance or with cancelation insurance but without a valid reason, the following provisions will be applicable: If you cancel more than four weeks before the start of your stay, you will have to pay 30% of the price of rental sum. If you cancel within four weeks of the start of your stay, you will have to pay the full rental sum. If you end your stay prematurely, you will have to pay the full rental sum. If you cancel before the start of your stay, the booking will be cancelled immediately after you phone to cancel. It will then no longer be possible to revoke the order. If you end your stay prematurely, repayment will be in proportion to the number of nights you do not use. You must immediately notify the park reception of your early departure. Unused extras, such as bed linen, council taxes, booking costs, insurance, will not be refunded. Cancelation is only possible per accommodation, not per person. After you have paid the premium, the cancellation insurance will provide you with cover up to your departure from the park. 
  • From 1 January 2013 Landal GreenParks will send a holiday magazine with confirmation documents; the holiday magazine will be sent by post a few weeks before arrival. Full information about our parks and the surrounding areas can also be found on the website. Go to the park where you have made your booking to find out more.

    Please note that the holiday magazine is only available in the Dutch and German language.

    Unfortunately we will not be able to send you a holiday magazine if your booking is made less than 2 weeks before arrival.
  • You can stay at Landal GreenParks for the following durations:

    Stay  Length
    Weekend stay  Weekend starts on Friday at 03:00 PM and ends on Monday at 10:30 AM (3 nights).
    Midweek stay A midweek starts on Monday at 03:00 PM and ends on Friday at 10:30 AM (4 nights). 
    Week stay  A week is from Friday at 03:00 PM to Friday at 10:30 AM or from Monday at 03:00 PM to Monday at 10:30 AM (7 nights).
    1,5 week stay  This is from Friday at 03:00 PM to Monday at 10:30 AM (10 nights) or from Monday 03:00 PM to Friday at 10:30 AM (11 nights).
    2 weeks stay   This is from Friday at 03:00 PM to Friday at 10:30 AM (14 nights) or from Monday 03:00 PM to Monday at 10:30 AM (14 nights).

    You can generally use the facilities, such as the swimming pool, on the day of your arrival from 10:00. They are also available to you the entire day of your departure. 

    For a fee, you can remain on your campsite pitch until 06:00 PM, if it has not already been rented out. You can ask about this on the day of your departure before 12:00 PM. It is also possible to book a non-standard stay at many of the parks. This is possible, with the exception of public holidays and certain other holidays, but subject to availability. You can make a non-standard booking by calling the Contact Centre.

  • When Landal GreenParks processes your booking, Landal GreenParks sends you a booking confirmation and an invoice by e-mail within 3 days after the booking is made.   • It is already possible to pre-book for 2019. You can book via the website. Quick and easy, direct online!

    Pre-booking
  • At Landal GreenParks you can make a group booking. This is only possible by telephone or e-mail. To make a group booking, you make a one-off payment of the preferential supplement/booking fees (only if the entire booking is made in one name).
  • The structure of the website means it is not yet possible to book a stay for longer than two weeks. Naturally, there are ways of doing this, subject to availability.

    For reservations of 28 days or longer
    Please contact Landal Business Line. This division specializes in the temporary hiring of accommodations and attainable by tel. +31 (0)88 - 205 98 88 (local rate) or via e-mail.
  • It is possible that your selected park of type of accommodation is not displayed on the website. This occurs when the park or type of accommodation is no longer available. In this case, alternative parks, periods and types of accommodation are displayed. If an option is no longer available, it will be indicated by a "-" in the price table.
  • You can take an option on a booking. This remains valid for 24 hours. After the 24 hours has elapsed, the option automatically becomes a firm booking and you will receive a confirmation within seven working days. It is not permitted to take several options for several parks and over several periods. It is only possible to take one option per park during the same period. Cancelling an option If you wish to cancel the option, you need to call the Contact Centre on tel. +31-(0)70 300 35 06.
  • It is very quick and easy to make a booking, 24-hours a day, via our website. You will also find a range of offers and last minutes. For specific information about a park or campsite, go to the park pages. If you are unable to obtain the required information, you can always contact the Contact Centre.

  • No, Landal GreenParks will send your booking confirmation by e-mail, so that you receive your confirmation documents immediately after your booking has been processed. You will be sent an inspiration magazine by post a few weeks before your arrival. This will contain information about the park and the surrounding area.
  • Many of the parks have special facilities for children:

  • Cots are not made up at Landal GreenParks. If you requested a cot, bed linen for the cot will be placed in the accommodation for you.
  • Children can have ski lessons in the surroundings of all the parks. The minimum age for ski lessons is 3 years.

  • The history of Landal GreenParks goes back to 1954 when the Rabbit Hill holiday park was acquired by Nillmij, which was later incorporated into Aegon. The park proved to be too large for the company's own staff, so it was decided the chalets would also be rented out to third parties. That worked well and more parks were acquired and built in Holland. In 1965 building work started on a park in Germany.
