Arrival and stay

  • On the day of arrival, your accommodation will be available from 3 p.m. (except Hof van Saksen: from 4 p.m.). If needed, we can see if earlier check-in is possible. However, you are welcome to use the park facilities from 10.00 a.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure you must leave your bungalow no later than 10.30 a.m. and leave it according to the applicable park rules. If you move from one bungalow to another, the same times apply. You must leave the bungalow from which you are leaving no later than 10.30 a.m., then you can check into the new bungalow from 3 p.m. onwards. Exceptions can be made in consultation with the park reception.
  • The park is allowed to ask for a maximum deposit of €500 per accommodation. This is also included in the General Terms and Conditions. In most cases the park will inform you of this in advance. If you wish to know whether a deposit is required in advance, we advise you to contact the park reception.
  • You can check in upon arrival at the park with a print-out of the contract you have signed or the confirmation you have received by e-mail. The reservation number you have received is also sufficient. Upon arrival at the park you may be asked for proof of identity. Make sure you have this ready.
  • On our website you can view the layout of the bungalows (such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms), but there is no inventory of the accommodations as inventory may vary per bungalow. If you have any questions about the inventory of the accommodations, please contact the reception of the park in question. On our website you can find the contact information of the park.
  • When staying at one of our parks you must fill in a night registration form. You can fill this out in advance to save time at the park reception. For a number of parks you can already fill this out digitally. Your information and that of your fellow travellers will be processed on behalf of the relevant municipality, including in the event of calamities. The data may be processed in our systems. In case of a large check-in (multiple bungalows) we may use a slightly different process to make it as smooth as possible.
  • For all your questions and information about the park and your stay, please contact the park reception. The park receptions have varying opening hours. For the opening hours of the park receptions please visit our website. You will find the opening hours for your park of choice under the heading ‘Information’. Here you will also find the contact information of the park.
  • If you would like to pick up or return your key outside the opening hours of the park reception, you must inform the park reception in advance. The park reception can then make an appointment with you to pick up or return your key. On our website you can find the contact information of the specific park.
