• Modification(s) or cancellation of the reservation will only be considered if this is confirmed by e-mail or letter. If a cancellation date is used, the date of the next arrival day (Monday or Friday) following the day on which the e-mail or letter is received by Landal GreenParks. You may cancel your booking according to the cancellation conditions stated in your contract.
  • Bed linen is a mandatory rental at Landal GreenParks. The 2020 costs for this are as follows: €8.95 per person per stay and, if applicable, cot linen is €7.50 per person per child per stay. If a cot is not standardly included in the bungalow, we will charge an extra fee for the cot rental.
  • The prices you receive from Landal Business Line always include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Accommodation rental in the Netherlands is subject to the low 9% VAT rate. Most mandatory extras are also subject to this low rate. The tourist tax is VAT-exempt. Some extras are charged at the high VAT rate of 21%. This breakdown will be shown on your invoice. Reservations for parks outside the Netherlands are subject to the VAT rate of the country in question. You will also find this breakdown on your invoice. 
  • You can change your reservation up to 14 days before arrival. To do so, please contact the Business Line department. This applies to modifying the bungalow reservations, the extras, the programme and the number of people. Depending on the change, there may be a fee for the change. If this is the case, we will inform you. In all cases, changing a reservation is subject to availability. Changing the number of bungalows to fewer bungalows is considered a partial cancellation. This is subject to the cancellation conditions stated in your contract.
  • Almost every park offers a wide range of accommodations where pets are welcome (sometimes 1 but a maximum of 2 pets). There are also accommodations that are always pet free. There is a cost for bringing your pet. If you would like to bring a pet to one of our parks, please indicate this when making the booking. We will make sure to reserve a pet-friendly accommodation for you.
  • Landal Business Line charges the same prices as Landal GreenParks and (in general) does not offer any additional discounts. If our last minute prices apply, they are automatically applied to the price calculation. In some cases, however, we may be able to offer additional discounts; this depends the park, the time of year, the type of accommodation and the number of accommodations you wish to book. Unfortunately we cannot offer extra discounts during holiday periods and statutory holidays.
  • No, unfortunately you cannot use a discount code to book via the Landal Business Line department. You can only use a discount code for a private booking. However, if you make a private reservation, you will not receive a VAT invoice.
  • There are various ways to request a price quote. On our website you can go to the link 'request quote'. This allows you to quickly and conveniently request a quote. If you have very specific wishes or requests and would like a quote, we ask you to contact us. We will gladly take the time to discuss your wishes and provide you with a suitable offer.
  • The prices of our reservations consist of a rental fee and mandatory additional costs.

    The rental price includes the following:
    • Cleaning costs
    • Electricity, gas, water and heating (at normal use)
    • The first cot and high chair, if standard available in the bungalow
    • Access to the facilities at the park
    • VAT
    The following mandatory costs are not included in the rental price:
    • Reservation fees
    • Bed linen and, if applicable, cot linen. If a cot is not standardly included in the bungalow, you will pay extra for the cot.
    • Tourist tax
    For a corporate long term stay (more than four weeks) the following mandatory costs are added:
    • Final cleaning
    • Weekly bed linen change
    • Weekly cleaning of toilet and bathroom facilities
  • If you ask for a price quote, we will not reserve any bungalows (yet). If you agree with the price quote, we will temporarily pre-reserve the accommodations for you and send you the rental contract. The contract includes the guaranteed reservation period. During this pre-reservation period we guarantee you the availability of the accommodation. We ask you to sign the contract and return it to us before the pre-reservation period expires. With last minute reservations, we unfortunately cannot pre-reserve any accommodations.
  • At Landal GreenParks we work with standard arrival and departure days; Monday and Friday. In addition, we have standard periods of stay; midweek, weekend and week-long stays. However, it is (almost) always possible to arrive on different days and stay for a different period at one of our parks. The accommodation prices are based on the week, weekend or midweek price of the period in question. If you would like to book a shorter period, the respective weekend or midweek rental price for these specific nights will still apply.
  • At Landal GreenParks you can select the stay of your choice, ranging from a simple to an extra luxury experience. 
    Do you want an apartment, a bungalow, a beach house or your own country villa with private sauna? You can also opt for beautifully located chalets in gorgeous winter sports areas or even a charming thatched-roof farmhouse. Whatever you choose, you will always be surrounded by nature, enjoy the many park facilities and spend time in an area where there is plenty to discover. Are you coming with colleagues, a group of friends, with children or a school group? Are you thinking of a special meeting location or are you looking for a training room? At Landal GreenParks we always have a suitable location for your group.  
  • Depending on availability, you may be able to extend your stay up to a maximum of 52 consecutive weeks. We ask you to contact us as early as possible.
  • It is possible to reserve a specific accommodation or several accommodations close together for a group. If you have a preference for a specific accommodation, please let us know when you book so we can take this into account.
  • We ask you to pay the reservation according to the payment conditions mentioned in the contract. These conditions correspond to the term(s) stated on your invoice. If you make a late or last-minute reservation, we will ask you to pay as soon as possible. You will be informed about this in the contract or e-mail confirmation.
  • Landal Business Line can take the worry out of your business stay in a bungalow. How about a grocery package or a freshly prepared breakfast delivered right to your bungalow?
